1.INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE
Welcome to SAFEE MEET APP (“SAFEE MEET,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
SAFEE MEET is a platform designed to help individuals make more informed decisions before interacting with people they may encounter through online dating, online marketplaces, peer-to-peer transactions, home-service arrangements, and other interactions involving people they do not personally know.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SAFEE MEET mobile application, website, related services, and associated features (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use SAFEE MEET.
2.ELIGIBILITY
You must meet all of the following requirements to use SAFEE MEET:
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering.
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- You must not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable law.
By using SAFEE MEET, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

SAFEE MEET is intended to support more informed and potentially safer interactions between users and people they may encounter.
The Services may include features such as:
- Identity verification.
- Facial-recognition-based identity verification, where applicable and lawfully implemented.
- Criminal-record or background screening, where available and legally permitted.
- Verification badges, status indicators, or SAFEE PIN codes.
- User-provided information and community feedback.
- Tools intended to assist users in evaluating potential meeting or transaction risks.
4.ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SAFEE PIN CODES
To use certain features, you may be required to create an account and provide information such as your name, contact information, date of birth, identification information, photographs, or other requested details.
You agree to:
- Provide truthful, accurate, and current information.

Your SAFEE PIN code is intended to help users identify or reference a SAFEE MEET profile or verification record, as supported by the Services. A SAFEE PIN is not a password, security clearance, guarantee of safety, or substitute for independent judgment.
You must not share your password, authentication credentials, or other sensitive account-security information with unauthorized persons.
5.IDENTITY VERIFICATION AND SCREENING
SAFEE MEET may offer identity-verification, facial-recognition, background-screening, or other verification services. The availability and scope of these services may vary by location, account type, legal requirements, and the features offered at the time.
Where applicable and with any legally required notice or consent, SAFEE MEET may process information to:
- Confirm or assess a person’s identity.
- Compare submitted information with verification records.
- Conduct facial-recognition-based verification.
- Obtain or assess legally permitted background-screening information.
- Display verification statuses or badges.
- Detect suspected fraud, impersonation, or misuse.
Important Limitations
A verification status means only that the applicable verification process was completed according to the criteria and procedures used by SAFEE MEET or its authorized service providers at that time.
Verification does not establish that a person is harmless, reliable, financially responsible, honest, or free from all criminal history. Screening results may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unavailable, or subject to legal restrictions.
SAFEE MEET does not promise that every user will be verified or that all information submitted by users will be accurate.
Additional terms, notices, and consents may apply to biometric information, facial recognition, criminal-record information, and other sensitive personal data.

- Meeting in a public, well-populated location.
- Informing a trusted person of your plans.
- Using appropriate transportation and communication precautions.
- Avoiding the disclosure of unnecessary personal or financial information.
- Trusting your judgment and leaving an uncomfortable or unsafe situation.
Never rely solely on a SAFEE MEET verification status when deciding whether to meet someone.
If you believe you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
SAFEE MEET does not arrange, supervise, or guarantee the safety of meetings, dates, transactions, or home-service visits unless expressly stated for a particular service.
10.REPORTING ABUSE, FRAUD, OR SAFETY CONCERNS
If you encounter suspected fraud, impersonation, harassment, abuse, misuse of verification information, or another violation of these Terms, please report it through the reporting tools in the app or contact:

SAFEE MEET may review reports and take action consistent with applicable law and our policies. We do not guarantee a particular outcome or response time.
11.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The SAFEE MEET name, trademarks, logos, designs, software, graphics, text, interfaces, and other materials provided through the Services are owned by or licensed to SAFEE MEET and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

- Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute our protected materials.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Services.
- Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
- Use SAFEE MEET branding without written permission.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of SAFEE MEET intellectual property to you.
12.THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
SAFEE MEET may integrate with third-party providers, including identity-verification services, background-screening providers, payment processors, app stores, or external websites.
Third-party services may have separate terms and privacy policies. SAFEE MEET is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, availability, or policies of third parties except as required by applicable law.
Your use of a third-party service may be subject to that provider’s own agreement.
13.FEES, FREE FEATURES, AND REFUNDS
Certain SAFEE MEET features may be offered free of charge. Other features may require payment or a subscription.
Any applicable pricing, billing terms, renewal information, cancellation procedures, and refund rules will be disclosed before you purchase a paid service.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in the applicable purchase terms:
- Fees are charged according to the terms presented at purchase.
- Subscription cancellations may take effect at the end of the applicable billing period.
- Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for previously billed periods.
- Refund eligibility is governed by applicable law, the applicable purchase terms, and any relevant app-store policies.
We may change prices or introduce, modify, or discontinue features with appropriate notice where required.
14.DISCLAIMERS

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
15.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SAFEE MEET and its owners, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Services.
- Your User Content.
- Your violation of another person’s rights.
- Your negligent or wrongful conduct.
This provision does not require you to indemnify SAFEE MEET for matters that cannot lawfully be shifted to you.
17.SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
SAFEE MEET may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to some or all of the Services when reasonably necessary to:
- Protect users or the integrity of the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements, security practices, or business operations.
When required by applicable law, we will provide notice of material changes and obtain any necessary consent.
The updated Terms will identify the revised effective date. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services.

20.GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Before filing a legal claim, you and SAFEE MEET agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally. A party may begin this process by sending written notice describing the dispute and requested resolution to info@safeemeet.com. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days after receipt of the notice, either party may pursue available legal remedies.
Subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be waived, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Duval County, Florida, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. This provision does not prevent either party from seeking relief in small-claims court where eligible or requesting urgent injunctive relief where appropriate.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a user from exercising rights or pursuing remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
21.GENERAL PROVISIONS
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between you and SAFEE MEET concerning your use of the Services.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, except where permitted by law.
